Hi ,
My son's moved the phone away from his fitbit during a firmware update and I think now the fitbits display driver got corrupted. I can see its restarting with the logo and then it displays a res X. Then it goes blank.
But my phone detects it and starts the setup and prompts for the PIN to pair, but sense's screen is blank.
Is there a way to factory reset this sense? I believe a factory reset will solve the problem.
Is there any other way to recover this?
Regards
George

Was your Sense 2 removed from your sons Fitbit account?
You say that your phone detects it. Is the Fitbit app on your phone logged into your sons Fitbit Account? If so, there should be no need to setup the tracker. The Fitbit app should be giving prompts to follow.
As for the update, it gets buffered and not installed until the complete update is received.

Both my son's phone and my phone is not logged in to the sense-2 in trouble.
But our phone's detects it and asks for the PIN, but since sens-2 is not displaying the PIN, we can not proceed.
Note: I can see the watch displaying fit-bit logo when starting up and a red X as well, so I know display is working. I believe it happened because the firmware update is interrupted in the middle.
Is there any way to factory reset this watch by pressing a button or so?
