Sense 2 not found after factory reset, when trying to add device.

Somehow, I lost the ability to change the display settings on my Sense 2-- everything else worked fine, but all of the display settings options were unresponsive, so I decided to Factory Reset (from the Settings > About... screen), since I've had good luck with that correcting odd behavior in the past.

The reset went fine, and the watch restarted, and is now sitting at the "To Start, download the Fitbit app" screen.

Obviously, I already had the Fitbit app (Android), and had made sure to resync immediately before resetting.

So, I removed the existing device from the app, then selected "Add device" > "Sense 2" > "Start Setup" > "I agree" > "Continue".

From there, the app says "Searching for your Sense 2" and after a minute or 2 it fails with "Sense 2 not found".

I have the phone next to the device, which is charging (screen shows 98%, currently).

I thought that, perhaps the old bluetooth connections that had been in place from the previous pairing were interfering, so I removed them, to no avail.

I've restarted the phone- no luck.
I've removed/reinstalled the app- no luck.

At this point, my Sense 2 is still scrolling through the various languages telling me to download the app, but the app cannot find the device, so I'm quite stuck.

Hi @djshag, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you setup your Sense 2 back to your Fitbit account through your mobile device. I appreciate all the troubleshooting you have already performed prior posting on the community.

The standard troubleshooting to setup your device to your account is listed in our help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

It seems you have already done most of them. Take a look at them and see if they work. I appreciate your time in this process.
