Trying to connect my sense 2 to my android phone. My phone cannot find it.
I have:
Disconnected my versa from my phone app so no other device connected.
Switched off Bluetooth. Hard restart phone. Bluetooth on.
Hard reset of sense 2 ... held side bar for 20 secs. Watch flashes blue and black and then a red cross appears.
I have done all of the above several times.
Please help ... as Google not coming up with any other suggestions.

Hi @Clunegapyears - as this pertains to the Sense 2 your post is moved to that forum.
Try removing the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone, then run a scan to see if it can locate the watch but don't do anything if it can.
If it can, in the Fitbit app try to Setup your watch from scratch.
There remains the possibiliy of a factory reset and you can chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that
If a Bluetooth scan doesn't see the watch it may be faulty and need replacing under warranty, if it is still covered.
