My watch is only approximately a year old and was a gift from my husband… he has the previous version of the Sense 2
anyway, my watch has always worked perfectly until a few days ago …. Now it will not hold a charge past 24hrs, plus it takes hours to charge. I have always kept the charging contacts clean etc so it’s not that or the charger as I tried my husbands charger and same result! My sense 2 used to hold a charge for about 6 days and now I’m paying premium for something that barely holds a charge more than a few hours! I need some assistance please, not happy at all….

Can you please check if there's any corrosion or damage on the device's charging contacts or charging cable pins?

Same for me. Just started to do that on the 17th of Nov. Up to Mid Oct it lasted 7+ days. Then went to 5 or 6 days now as of the 16th it is lasting no more than 36 hours or so.
