Hello there @Eloop, and welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for sharing your concerns with us about the accuracy of your HR tracking.
I'd like to mention that there is not only a single reason for a non-accurate HR tracking. This could happen for several reasons as the activity you are doing or even your current habits as smoke o consuming certain medicines.
Since you are already in touch with our support team, you need to take in mind that they are the only ones in charge of the warranty process verification. If your device is actually faulty, they will handle the situation out.

Hello @Eloop, thanks for your reply.
As mentioned in my previous post, there are several reasons that can affect your heart rate and make it either get higher or lower than usual. It is a 24/7 HR tracking that you can see at any time.
In case your device needs to be replaced because of a factory fault, our support team will let you know and surely will handle the case for you.
