Apparently like 8 hrs ago was my last sync according to my Fitbit App because I kept tapping and pushing the button on my watch but it wouldn't come on. I tried numerous times to restart and it would get yo the green dots diamond icon and then go black again. The app showed it as 94% charged. I put it on the charger anyway and nothing happened....didn't recognize the charger like it always did. Before I submit a claim figured I'd check if anyone else has experienced this. The watch was a 2023 Christmas gift.

Hi @Vetoula - you should probably get it replaced under warranty rather than wasting time trying to make it work.
Even so you can look at other posts "stuck on logo"
