Sense 2 not reacting to being touched 80% of the time

My sense 2 will only react 20% of the time other times the screen us frozen, anyone else had this issue and do you know how to get in touch with fitbit to get a refund?

you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.

Thanks for the reply, i tried to do this but no joy, it just kept asking me the same questions. I have managed to find the UK customer services phone number so will try them. Hopefully they are open on a Saturday as i work during the week  .
