My device fails to notify me when I receive a call or message. Why?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @KAS4CABAJES!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Sense 2.
To hopefully get notifications work more reliably on your device, please have a closer look at 'Why are notifications delayed or missing?' following this link:
How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
In order to fix issues concerning on-wrist phone calls for your Sense 2, I'd suggest following the instructions mentioned below:
How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

Hi @KAS4CABAJES. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share the information regarding the missing notifications.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier by @Talahthas, I'd suggest you make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 10.0 or higher or Apple iOS 15 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
Thanks @Talahthas for your help.

I get messages, but only get the title and when I click to open to read more, it says link sent. Can't find where the link goes. The only way I can read the whole message is to look at my phone for my messages, just as I did before getting this watch. Have Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone a year old and updated. Messages set on phone to preview. Please let me know if not compatible and/or how to find where the link is sent
