Sense 2 not receiving notifications

I do not receive any notifications. Skips days at a time my sleep pattern. Very frustrating.

Hi @WinnieB - did you try a pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons so you can receive notifications.

 

Just in case it helps for sleep do a watch and phone restart - How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

And also check Why won't my Fitbit device sync? In case there is a syncing problem.
