Sense 2 not receiving text and call notifications

my Sense2 is all of a sudden not receiving text and call notifications. I tried resetting my Fitbit by holding the button for 10 seconds. Didn’t work. Any ideas?

Sad to hear that you're having issues getting notifications on your Sense 2.
As a first step to hopefully get things fixed, please have a closer look at 'Why are notifications delayed or missing?' if your Fitbit app is running on an Android device. If you're using the Fitbit app on an iOS device, please refer to 'Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones' to get useful tips for troubleshooting. Just follow this link in either case:
