Hi, I’ve been using my Fitbit Sense 2 for less than a month. Recently, I noticed that the device is no longer recording certain metrics such as heart rate variability (HRV), breathing rate, and skin temperature variation — they all show "No data" in the app.
What’s strange is that the sleep score is still showing up normally every day, and I’ve been sleeping for more than 6 hours per night. I’m wearing the device correctly, the sensor is clean and in contact with my skin, and the battery level is fine. I’ve also restarted the device by holding the button until the Fitbit logo appears, but it didn’t help.
I have an active Fitbit Premium subscription, and I’ve already tried syncing manually, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and checking all settings.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could this be a temporary server-side problem, or should I contact Fitbit Support for a replacement?
Any help would be appreciated!

@tky-sndbrg , I have the same problem and very similar circumstances and usage. It just started recently, and I’ve been using the Sense 2 for over a year…maybe years now. HRV data used to come in fine every morning along with other data. (I’m also not getting breathing data). Like you, I sleep more than 6 hours and get a Fair or good rating. I do wake sometimes several times a night for (well, you know!). But gain, sleep data comes in for benchmarks. What version of the OS are you on? That is, there was a firmware update a few months ago that I did NOT apply since I heard there were significant battery drain issues with the version. Did you apply the firmware update? The old version I’m on is 60.200011.210.26. I think the new firmware is something like …..214.xx. Lmk
