So, I've done like 20k steps for like 3 to 4 days now but when I opened the app the data is just not there. Also today I've done like 50 steps but when I synced to the app the steps on the watch got erased! Please help! It doesn't show up in the dashboard too!

Hi @Th0m4s - it seems the watch is not syncing with the phone. There can be several reasons and issues.
When the watch syncs it loads the data to the app which sends it to the servers, so the web dashboard only sees what's on the servers.
Things to do and check.
Remove the watch from Bluetooth on all devices where it is installed.
Logout of the Fitbit App on your phone, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone.
Login again to the app and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync with a pull down on the display. If this does not work, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
If this still does not work, restart the watch [there is always a possibility of losing past data] by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, then sync. If it still doesn't sync repeat the phone process again.

@Th0m4s Open the fitbit app on the phone. Tap the top left to go to account. To the right of your Sense 2, you will see a notice with the time of the last successful sync.
This could help explain why you are seeing what you are seeing.
Clearing the fitbit apps cache has helped many, and now my first step with a sync issue.
