I bought my 14 year old a sense 2 to use with her iPhone.
The app only shows Aria? Fitbits.
I know that is true for younger owners, but the clip level is 13 right?
How do I correct age in the app?
Thanks, Paul

@Paulotte2 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.
Depending on your location, the age limit may vary.
If your kid is still using the Family account he/she won't see any other device but the Ace Family.
In that case I suggest you read the following:

Thanks Juan.
But I am confused.
My child has an iPhone.
Does that change the answer?
Thanks again,
Paul

@Paulotte2 You wrote Aria, but did you mean Ace? Does Apple have a “Family” feature that lets gives you parental controls? If so, you might need to remove those parental controls in order to set up your child’s device.
I don’t have any details or experience with this. But Google Family Link does this for Android families.

@LZeeW Thank you for your help and insights.
@Paulotte2 , Thank you for your reply. The info I shared does apply for Android and iOS.
As our friend @LZeeW mentioned, if iOS does have any parental (family) setup ,it is another thing that should be disable. I didn't recommend it as I'm not an expert on iOS.
