Sense 2 has been showing data from sleep 4 a week then quit .sync many times.  how 2 troubleshoot?

I reset the phone regularly really don't know how to turn the watch off. Could let the battery run down and I guess it would reset then.  Thanks

@Jltechno1302  - to restart the watch press and hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates or the Fitbit logo appears, release the button and wait.
