Just bought this thing and the clock face is not showing steps or heart rate. Sleep score is showing up, but what gives with the other stuff??!! Any ideas, fixes, etc???

Hi @lennyo214  - try restarting the watch and phone, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Make sure it is syncing with the Fitbit App and see if the information appears there.
