Sense 2 not syncing to Google pixel 7pro

Hey all!

My sense 2 and cell phone won't sync together.  It was working perfectly fine 3 hours ago, and now it won't.  I've turned off Bluetooth and turned it on again.  I've turned off data and wifi and on again. And I've restarted both devices.  I'm not sure what's going on.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @DarbyRose - it is strange and if the watch is working fine, try removing the Sense 2 entries from the phone's Bluetooth and logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and clear the storage cache and force stop it.

 

Turn off any other Bluetooth devices and restart both again.

 

When you login again you should get prompted to reconnect, and if it's still a problem, click profile photo and "Set up a Device " and replace.

I had that problem, too. But, I was running beta version of Android on my Pixel 7 pro. The public version doesn't have a problem. Same with my pixel 6 and with sense and sense 2, even my blaze didn't work.

Thank you! I actually got it working, I had to do a factory reset on the
watch. Annoying, but it worked!

I did try this, however it didn't work. At a last attempt I did a factory
reset, and the watch is working properly now.
