Sense 2 not syncing with iphone X - after removing the device trying to reconnect it to phone

Yes I have done all the basics as per below. My active minues in zone is totally unrealisted and incorrect. A 20 minute job registeres 50 minutes in the zone!! Advice in community it to remove the charge 2 and reconnect. Now because of that great advice I can't sync with bluetooth at all,

Switched iPhobe off and on

Switched bluetooth off and on

Removed Sense 2 - this is my problem now it won't sycn

Done all these thinks repeatedely.

Who has managed to solve this
