Brand new watch, bought nov. 2023 and I'm really getting tired of restarting the watch or delete it from the app and add it again. Works for a day or two and then is back to the same issue. It only partially synchronizing steps/distance/calories and HR. And because of the HR issue, there is bo sleep score, no readiness score or stress score either. Basically paying for the premium account is totally useless. My yearly subscription expires in 2 weeks, I'm not going to renew it. And most probably go to Garmin or some other brand. It's a pity, never had issues with my old Inspire HR, but this one is just a disaster:

Welcome back to the community, @Ade123Ade .
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the Sense 2 and the syncing situation.
I was able to confirm your Sense 2 is syncing and the HR information actually appears in it. My best recommendation would be to check What factors can affect heart rate? to get this better.
Let me know once you have checked these factors.

Thank you for your answer, but that's not the solution. The watch keeps the HR ok, last 2h graph is visible on the watch, no issues. The issue are just when it does a sync with the app. Not always, anyhow. Not just HR, but also steps, distance, calories. Look at this printscreens. They are from last week. Taken around 11pm. Totals steps over 4000. Hourly steps, stop syncing around noon. Second picture shows clearly that what I have In hourly steps can't be more then 2400 something, since the larger number there is 2254 and the rest is peanuts. So obviously the watch counted to over 4000, just did not sync with the app.
And this happens with distance and calories also. When this happens is like the sync process is stuck. Next day there will be no sleep score. This is what happens: after I wake up I sync the watch with the phone, the sync misses HR, but the calculation for sleep analysis starts anyhow and it comes back with no score, as there is no HR. After 10 to 15 minutes HR syncs too... way too late, sleep score is already incomplete, no readiness score or stress score either for that day.
see... missing sleep score. The one on Wednesday is the day after those steps gone missing.
this is the detail of a day with no sleep score. All there except for HR. Like i said when sleep score was calculated HR did not sync yet. That delay in sync is messing up the rest of the data.
look stress score is also missing that day
And this happens every few days. Started beginning of December after last firmware was installed.

I think that I have the same problem. Brand new Fitbit. Had a sense2 until September when I lost it. New one that I bought at end of December. Setup on 1st January.
Did a full factory reset and deleted all my information last week as wasn’t transferring my data to the phone.
huge issues reconnecting to the phone. Finally got there and thought all good but none of my steps from yesterday are transferred to the watch. Same problem as last week.
how can I get some help. No problem in the past.

I have a new sense 2 , I am experiencing the same things as stated here. The app seems to sync at noon with the watch but won't sync again after that.its now 7pm my watch say 7624 steps my phone app is stuck at 3000 steps. It won't sync when you try to sync it.

@CrisVillaFitbit , I did replay to your original comment, seems you ignored that... so just posting again, since today it happened again. Took a few hours of various attempts to actually make the watch and app sync HR data. You are a fitbit moderator, are you telling fitbit what is going on here?????

I've just bought a sense 2 and am having mauve connection problems. My Bluetooth can e the device no problem and it connects immediately following factory reset but thereafter syncing is intermittent and is not achieved manually. I can't connect on wrist calls and notifications rarely come through. Ive rebooted everything more times than I can count. All permissions are on and the app is enabled to run in the background.
Did anyone eventually get their issues sorted. This seems to me like fitbit need to fix some bugs in their software

Same issue. Talked to Live Chat and they suggest it would take 24 to 48 hours to sync after it has been disconnected...which makes absolutely no sense! I asked if t used a dial-up connection 😂. It synced when I first set it up on Christmas Day for a about a week or so - then it stopped syncing and I could not get it to reconnect for two weeks. Finally connected today and now does not sync properly.
Yesterday I walked over 14K steps - the sync says I did 9,151. I had Charge 5 that stopped working after it got wet - it was supposed to be waterproof. I had it for 2 years. They gave me 50% off the Sense 2. May look at seeing if I can exchange for a Charge 6 as this is useless.

Also not syncing to app. Device is fine. I've reset device, force stopped app, uninstalled and reinstalled app, disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth and it finally synced again. Next morning, not syncing again. I can't spend two hours a day trying to get it to work. Device was purchased in 2023. So frustrated.
