Sense 2 not syncing

Hi, 

Sense 2 not syncing. Have tried the advice given on previous posts and all the steps in those but still no joy. Any advice ??

Thank you for sharing the information about this inconvenience with your Sense 2.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try:

  • Unpair your Sense 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Sense 2.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense 2.
  • Once your Sense 2 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 

Please, try to pair your Sense 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hi thanks for the response. It will work but then the same issue, will only sync maybe every 4 days and everytime have to do the above steps several times but also doesn’t always work when complete the above steps. Disappointing as a fitness tracker as any workouts/walks tracked you can’t see later on app until phone syncs. Wouldn’t recommend the device to anyone.
