Hi, I’ve read through various troubleshooting and not able to sync. I think I have a Sense rather than Versa (metal on rim and back, not plastic)
I have a new iPhone 16 and I have not used my Fitbit in a few months which was last attached to an older iPhone.
trying to sync but can get past the screen on the Fitbit that tells me to download the app. Have tried the following
restart Fitbit, restart phone, delete other devices in Bluetooth, still no Fitbit showing. Have deleted and reinstalled Fitbit app, went into Fitbit settings to see if any devices are connected, which are not. Try to connect and the app can’t find the Fitbit via Versa or sense option. Sense appears to get stuck as if it has found something but just stalls on window searching for sense. Not sure what else I can try as I can’t get any other options in Home Screen of Fitbit other than diwnload app in multiple languages loop. Help!! Thanks

Confirming it is a Sense, just found my original email!!

Have u try the basic forgetting the device, and repairing with sharing of system notification on. I just found sharing of system notification is essential for iPhone sync

Hi @taracs - changing phones can be an issue, make sure the old phone is switched off first.
With a new phone, as you have, make sure again there are no Bluetooth entries for it, then in the Fitbit App, add the watch as a new replacement watch.
This process should create the new Bluetooth entries for it to allow you to setup the watch which may have been returned to factory state for some reason.
