Sense 2 not tracking AZM when swimming

IMG_4561.png

I have recently starting swimming regularly but my Sense 2 doesn’t give me active zone minutes for this.

I understand that heart rate isn’t measured while swimming, but it’s frustrating as I’m working hard and it’s not adding to my daily goals.

Today, it gave me 1 active minute, while previous days have given me 0. Why?

Is there a way to assign active minutes to swimming, either manually or in settings?

Welcome to the forums, @quirke.

Thanks for the screenshots and details provided. As you mentioned, because your Sense 2 won't record heart rate information when swimming, your device will track 1 Active Zone Minute for each minute of your activity.

With this in mind, could you confirm whether you can see an increase of Active Zone Minutes on the Today screen of your Fitbit app? Or is the issue with your watch not tracking Active Zone Minutes? Our team released a new Fitbit app version so please go to the App Store and make sure to install it.
