Since 11/21, my Sense 2 has not been tracking sleep or syncing with my device (iPhone 16). I have manually synced but it takes multiple attempts and refreshes for the data to sync. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone, fully charging the Sense 2, restarting the Sense 2, and restarting my phone. Has anyone else had this issue recently? The Sense 2 was a gift purchased new for me in August, I’m the first owner/user and believe I followed the setup correctly so idk what’s going on.

I am also experiencing the same. I have to manually sync to get the steps to sync (I don't track sleep)
