I purchased a sense 2 in January it has worked well until recently. The past week it seems to just “lock” and it stops sending steps completely can be in the middle of a walk and it just stops counting my steps. I can use the watch for other things it still alerts me to messages and such but it stop counting steps completely
i have to reboot the watch multiple times and after multiple times of doing to it will eventually start counting again
does anyone have any suggestions or help for this problem

yes I have check to make sure the watch face has all permissions and the watch face have selected is a Fitbit face and is not from a secondary designer/site
yes I have restarted the watch MULTIPLE times
yes I have placed the watch in the charger it is charged just fine
no the app is not showing correct steps it is showing only the same steps the watch is showing
yes I have closed the app completely and restarted it as well as my phone multiple times

Hi @Lizzyjo1976 - it may require a factory reset if the watch OS is corrupted but a few things to check first in case it is something simple.
Push the watch button select exercise, walk, scroll up and turn off all the options.
In the Fitbit App, Exercise tile settings, turn off auto recognise for walk.
Also in the Fitbit App, device view (connected to Fitbit) mane sure the phone isn't also connected.
