I just opened my box yesterday that I received in the mail. I attached the charger and nothing. I tried doing the setup and nothing. My Bluetooth says it’s connected to the sense 2, but nothing shows on the sense 2 screen. When I hold the button 10 seconds, the Fitbit logo comes on. It flashes blue and then a red X appears on the screen and then it goes black. I was all excited to get the sense 2, but now I’m extremely disappointed. Not sure what is going on.

"The red x" normally indicates something has gone wrong during update/setup.If several (4 -- 5) restarts by pressing the button does not help, try to perform these steps:
