Sense 2 notifications come on the watch every time my heart rate goes into the zone

So disappointed with this feature. Eben with all notifications off on the app and watch these notifications come on the watch every time my heart rate goes into the zone. The only way I can stop it is by wearing the watch in sleep mode. I'm unable to get text or phone calls on the watch this way. But my arm is not vibrating all the time. Pretty disappointed in Fitbit . This is my third watch and never had the issues before, don't think I will bother getting anymore.
