Updated the app and my sense 2 today. Got the on wrist call update and already encountered an issue.... So frustrating. BT won't stay connected for it to accept on wrist calls at all. Turns off right away or fails connection. Anyone else have this issue? I've already restarted everything etc.

I was trying to answer a few calls today but couldn't connect. I just got the sense 2 a few days ago & haven't read up on it much yet. Are we definitely able to answer calls? I know we can connect to Alexa. I'm missing my Sense, which died too soon but I liked the layout of the tiles & was easier to work with. Please share if you find a solution!

Have you done the setup as described in this article?

Yep. You can't not really. You have to enable all the settings for it to setup. It says it's successful but the BT failure is the main issue..... Sigh.

If you have the latest firmware update, you should have the on wrist call feature but it doesn't stay connected via Bluetooth. I was so excited for this update and to have it not work right off the bat is SUCH a disappointment.... Gawd Fitbit.

Aha -, well then I have some semi-good news.It is not your Sense, it is Samsung. There is an issue with BT in the latest UI update for Samsung.
