Sense 2 on wrist calls

My Fitbit sense 2 does not display on wrist calls. I constantly have to go to the app settings to update on wrist calls but it only works awhile and goes back to no display of calls. It also does not notify me of messages. Very frustrating. Hey Fitbit get your act together

Hi @sgknight1973 - as a first step try pulling down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check all icons are off, they can inadvertently get changed.

Your phone will need to be near you and syncing well and the Fitbit App and associated services will need to be allowed to run in background in phone settings, battery saving settings may disable that.

Same issues. Tried all of the above. Watch bout 2 years old. Is it failing due to age?!

Hi @Ohalpin - if your watch is 2 years old then it may be a Sense in which case please post in the Sense forum, this forum is for the Sense 2 and you may get a more accurate response there.
