Sense 2 physical reaction message and EDA

Since yesterday the fitbit sens 2. First day it works well. He ask me multiple times of my physical reactions. But now this shows up and nothonh works. He says to open the app; but dat doesn'y fix te problem. How can I fix this. Also EDA doesn'y work now.

Thanks for the picture and the steps tried on your end. While this is odd, let's try these other steps to get the EDA scan app working correctly:

1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings
2. Restart your watch to refresh its performance
3. Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner
4. Tap Add More Devices > Sense 2 and Replace device
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and check if the permissions for the EDA Scan before using it
