I ordered Fitbit sense 2 on July 2024. I didn't likes it and returned it and fit it received it on Aug 4, 2024. I still haven't not received my refund. I have my customer care number still in progress. Worst service and nightmare to get anyone to look into the issue. Never will buy any product from Google or Fitbit.
