Sense 2 saying "user not detected"

I just bought it less than a month ago. Frequently when I look at it it says "user not detected". I rarely get sleep data because it does this during the night a lot. I had the original sense for 3 years and it never did this. I thought I was upgrading but honestly this is definitely a downgrade and definitely not worth $250.

Hi @ChristOnACrackr what is the "it" you are looking at? Does it depend on what screen rhat you are looking at? 

Is your sleep data related to the "no user error"?

Have you tried a restart or shutdown of the Sense 2
