My device has yet again stopped workong. Thw scrwen is completley blank. When i rebooted the debice, the screen was slighky pixellated but unusable. This is the 3rd time the device has failed. Im very dissapointed.
I have cleaned it, rebooted, charged it. But it has failed again.
Fitbit have made it impossible to contact them now. Disgraceful

Sorry to know the situation that you are experiencing with Sense 2. Thank you for providing the details about it and for trying to fix it on your own.
Please, try the following steps:
If that doesn't fix the issue, restart the device as suggested: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
In case the device is still having difficulties, please change the clock face.
