My Sense 2 is two days old and I have just gone to check the time and the screen has green lines and splotches all over it. Tried to restart, no change. Was working fine half an hour ago

Hi @MichelleKC - not a good start. Probably needs replacing where you bought it.
If it was direct order from Fitbit, you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo Help & support, Contact Customer.

Thanks Guy, just rang the shop I bought it from and they are happy to have a look at it. This is actually a replacement for my Sense that stopped working - not great advertising for the product 🙄 Was just hoping someone here had a miracle solution 😂

@MichelleKC - you want to get them to give you a refund and buy another Sense which is a better watch features wise and cheaper.
Normally a refund is possible for 30 days and you will avoid the quirks of the sense 2, which you can see in the forum for it.
