Sense 2 screen is acting odd

So I've recently acquired a sense 2 with the intention to shed a few stone and I'm struggling with a really annoying issue that I've not seen much coverage on.

I can be scrolling through the panels, up and down left to right and randomly the screen will go black as if I've just pressed the side button, I can wake the sense by pressing the side button but it's soooo very temperamental when it wants to do it.

Battery is 99%, sleep mode is not on and it's been factory reset multiple time now.

Can anyone suggest my next steps, I don't really want to have to buy a new one 😞

Hi @JustEdd - there are several ways to sleep a screen on a Sense 2.

  • lower your arm
  • wait for the screen to timeout
  • cover the face
  • the clock face turns it off - when using the clock face only
  • the watch turns it off
  • the button won't turn it off though.

If it is not one of those causing it to turn off then you can get a refund and start again.

Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

This post is better in the Sense 2 forum so moved there.
