My sense 2 screen is black. When i press the button on the side it vibrates but nothing happens. I charged it this morning. I can synchronise it in the app but it wont update. It can’t connect to Bluetooth either.. what to do?

Thanks for sharing the inquiry about your Sense 2.
If you haven't done it before, try to press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
