Hi - just got a sense 2. Like it so far except that the screen is too dim. It's set to dim & anytime I try to change it, it goes back to dim.
Sleep mode is NOT on
I've restarted it with no change.
I'd rather not do a factory reset but is that the only option? Thanks

Mine says it is locked in sleep mode and I can't turn off sleep mode to set it to adjust brightness.

Hi - I did that. It flashes like it's going to be bright and then changes back to dim immediately. So the check will show up on Max and then it'll look the same as dim. Sleep mode isn't on. Thanks

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
@Foxi. Thanks for joining this thread. Because your post didn't mention, may I know if the Sleep Mode is turned off? I'm asking this as the screen's brightness is set to dim when this setting is turned on. To verify this, swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings and restart your watch to refresh its performance.

This also affects my watch. Changing the brightness flashes brightly for a second, then changes back. Impossible to see on a really bright day.

Hi @Manchis - it seems to be a bug, the brightness can have a mind of its own in Quick Settings.
A better guide as to what it's currently set at is in watch Settings, Display, Brightness. You can also change it there but it may not stay either.
However Sleep does seem to set it to Dim consistently.
Restarting the watch sometimes helps.
