What do you hate the most about your sense 2. I know we have multiple gripes post the one that annoys you most.  Mine is when I receive a notification it is not on even when I turn my wrist. I should have the option for instant on so I can see the notification it is frustrating it is faster to open to get my phone from my pocket before I the notification apears on the watch

Hi @SunsetRunner. Nice to see you around.

Thanks for the details regarding notifications. I'm sorry to hear that you're having this inconvenience in your Sense 2.

As a first step, please make sure to turn on the screen wake feature. When you set screen wake to Button & motion, the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist. Your Fitbit device vibrates when you receive a notification. Turn your wrist toward you or press the button to see the notification.

If you already have the screen wake turned on but it is not working properly, please complete a restart.

That is the problem the button and wrist twist is way to slow even just to see the time I twist my wrist and it takes up to 3 seconds before the watch comes on.  And the watch does not require a reboot you moderators always give the same response reboot and are not addressing the real issues that your cutomers are complaining about come on how hard can it be to have a setting for the watch to turn on when it vibrates the ability adjust the sensitivity of the wrist twist so it actually turns on 100% of the time

Hi @SunsetRunner.

I remember back in the days of the Ionic. It behaved exactly like the Sense 2 does, not waking the screen automatically when a notification is received. Then after an update Fitbit changed it to do just that. The problem is that it made some people happy but then upset others. So I agree with you in there being a setting to allow the user to choose exactly how they want the device to behave. Historically though Fitbit doesn't tend to like to give options for some reason, which would be the logical and simplest solution here.

Id recommend posting this over on the Product feedback board (here), the closest current idea I've found is this one (here).

Hi @SunsetRunner thanks for getting back and for the feedback.

Regarding the inconvenience with the watches coming on when you twist your wrist, I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon. Keep an eye on your inbox.

In the other hand, I would recommend you to post your idea about the screen turning on automatically when you receive a notification in the Product Feedback board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible. You can also vote for an existing idea, like the one @N8teGee mentioned earlier.
