Hello @Harmonywho

I moved your post from the Android app forum to the Sense 2 product help forum, which is a better fit for your issue.

Hi there @Harmonywho! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you so much for sharing the situation you're having with your Charge 6 not showing anything but the Fitbit logo or a red X and for the uploaded picture.

@RiekoC Thanks for your help too!

I suggest you try this:

  • Try to sync your Sense 2 with the Fitbit app manually. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon > Sense 2 > Sync Now.
  • If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon > Sense 2 > Gallery. The app should show a popup to install the missing apps and recover the device.
  • If the firmware update banner doesn't show, press and hold the side button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, then release the button.
  • You can try to do a manual factory reset too:
  • Press and hold the device's button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates.
  • When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
  • Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. Once the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again.
  • When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

None of this works, the battery shows different levels of charge. The calls don't work. Can you fix this and have a new update done ASAP.

Hi there @JSJ77! So good to see you here in the Community forums!

Thank you so much for your efforts. Have you checked in the Fitbit app if you can update your Sense 2? This could be the reason why your watch keeps showing different levels of charge.

Hi @JSJ77! Thank you so much for your answer and for your efforts.

I suggest you try to do a normal restart to your watch: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
