I’ve connected Alexa in the Fitbit App. But when I open Alexa on the Sense 2. I get the message: Error Please Try Again Later.
I’ve tried restarting the phone, the Sense 2 (along with re-setting), disconnecting from Bluetooth, removing and re-installing the app to no avail.
Has anyone else experienced this? Greatly appreciate any advice.
Cheers, Shawn

Have you tried setting the Sense 2 up as a new device?

Hi @Kuman.
Is your phone connected to WiFi or mobile data whilst you are getting this error? You could try turning off WiFi on your phone and testing it over mobile data, or vice versa.
Also check to ensure you haven't got any private DNS or ad blocking running on your phone. If so (temporarily) disable these and try again.

Try to sync your Sense 2 once. If it syncs fine, then Alexa should work.
