I notice I’m frequently asked for my mood and stress is detected when I’m actually outside in below freezing weather. There should be a simple option of “cold” when asked “how are you feeling” as it not an anxiety issue

Hi there @Dre10! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you so much for informing us about this situation about stress management in below freezing weather.
The Sense 2 has environmental conditions, in this case the "non-operating temperatures" would be: -4° to 14° F (-20° to -10° C).
Have you already updated the Fitbit app? Fitbit recently launched a new version.
Let me know if that was the case and if after the update the situation continues.
