.... and it is draining the battery. Do I need to clean it? How would I do that? I'm so sad that it would be broken already as I only had it for less than one year. If it's garbage, I'm done as it was a splurge for me in the first place.
Update:
I have hasty freakouts sometimes. After I wrote the original post, I read some other comments. Then, I carefully cleaned the Fitbit with a clean damp rag. I poked around the side button with a damp qtip. It connected to the plugs better and is now charged. I didn't think it was that dirty as I wipe it frequently and dry it if it gets wet. However, I am optimistic that the problem is solved.
