Sense 2 stop tracking GPS

I have noticed only recently that on some of my bike rides, the distance travelled is real short.  It looks like GPS just stopped tracking and it never picked up, while it is still recording the exercise with the heart rate data.  I thought with dynamic GPS, if it loses connection with the phone, it will still use its internal GPS and continuing recording my speed/location data.

 I am having the same issue with walking.  It used to show the route, but over the last few days, is only displaying heart rate zones.  I have tried, unsuccessfully to contact Fitbit, who say that their live chat is not available.  I have read many people are having the same issues [and more].  Beginning to regret buying the Sense 2 - have never had issues with Fitbit over the years, but am considering moving to another brand.  Very disappointed.

Do you have the latest 210.26 firmware?  Once I got that update, I am getting GPS for my whole exercise.  I eventually disabled GPS because the app can't correlate heart rate with my location/speed/incline.  All it does is use up my battery
