Fitbit Sense 2 now seven months old. I cannot get past the frozen blue dot Home Screen. Have followed instructions found in this community, no bueno.
What are my options?
unpairing, hard reboot, disconnect and attempt to set up anew, nothing doing. The Home Screen just drains battery.
if you hold button on left side long enough, the screen goes black, then reappears, then flashes light blue, then a red X…..then back to frozen
