Sense 2 stuck on a red X

I hold the button to start for 10 seconds and the FitBit logo appears. Then the screen flashes in blue/black and a big red X appears on the screen and the clock turs OFF. What to do??

Hi - I just reported the exact same problem to the online chat person and after trying to connect (unsuccessfully) with the Fitbit app, she helped me submit a ticket for a replacement. No real explanation but it seems like it must be a known problem they're working on.

Hi @Ellinorbe  @Andy0531 - you can always try charging and a second restart. Also a restart with the phone's Bluetooth off.
