Sense 2 stuck on connected screen

I set up my sense 2, I charged it, downloaded the app and started a new account, connected it to my phone and put in the 4 digit code. But my watch is stuck on the connected screen. I have tried restarting the watch on both the charger and off the charger, but it keeps on making me do the set up process again. I have also tried forgetting the device on my phones Bluetooth and it still isn’t working. I have also tried adding things like apps and wallpapers from the app thinking that might make it change screens but it just loads on my phone but it doesn’t go anywhere it just keeps on loading. So I am just wondering what I could do to solve this problem? I have read through articles of people experiencing the same problem but the set up guide doesn’t include anything about the connected screen.

I contacted the customer support this is a known issue which they will solve soon

I'm having the same issue as well, they said the same to me yesterday but said it should be resolved in a few hours. I've tried again this morning and its still the same.
