App on iPhone working and Bluetooth shows sense 2 connected to iPhone but watch screen says download app and enter password. I’ve even tried deleting app and loading again and no change. Pressed button on watch and held down and it comes back to download app 🤦:female_sign:

Seems that your Sense 2 is asking to be paired to your Fitbit account again. I'd suggest following the steps below:

Thank you for your reply, I noticed also that the sense 2 needed an update. This has resolved the issue
