Sense 2 stuck on download app message

App on iPhone working and Bluetooth shows sense 2 connected to iPhone but watch screen says download app and enter password. I’ve even tried deleting app and loading again and no change. Pressed button on watch and held down and it comes back to download app 🤦‍:female_sign:

Thank you for taking the time to share these details regarding the difficulty experienced with your Sense 2. 

Seems that your Sense 2 is asking to be paired to your Fitbit account again. I'd suggest following the steps below:

  • As your Sense 2 is showing as a connected device, please unpair/remove it.
  • Remove the Sense 2 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your device again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense 2.

Thank you for your reply, I noticed also that the sense 2 needed an update. This has resolved the issue
