My Sense 2 appears to be stuck on reboot loop. It only shows logo on display. I tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps which didn’t fix the issue. So far I tried:
- cleaning the charger and the charging port on the back of the watch. No charging sign is shown on the watch.
- restarting the watch
- tried doing factory reset but couldn’t get it to work
- pairing the watch with another device. My phone recognised the watch and requested the paring pin but no pin is displayed on the watch which continues to show the logo.
Is there anything else I can do???
