Sense 2 stuck on "sync from the mobile fitbit app"

After performing the app tracker update my sense 2 is stuck on this screen. I followed the thread from Bainser10 and tried all steps in there. The watch is dead and no access via the Android app. I tried the factory reset from the button, but it displays a red X. I have a bricked watch it seems

Hi @Tackleberry45. A warm welcome to the forums. 

Thank you for bringing to my attention the difficulty that you are experiencing with Sense 2. 

Before considering other options, I'd suggest you try to perform a restart

In addition, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried that, the clock face would not load. I restarted my watch. I tried
everything that was in Bainser10 piston same issue
