Sense 2 stuck on the Fitbit logo and red X

Hi,

Firstly the device was going as far as the flashing logo and then a red X. I can get it as far as a circle appearing around the logo from advice seen online and then a loading bar appears at about 75% but then that disappears and nothing happens. I have it on the charger and it is just vibrating every 10 seconds or so.

 

Is there any i can do to get this working again?
