Hi there, @truecrime13. Welcome to the Fitbit Communtiy Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is still stuck on the red X. I understand your concerne, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you,, please try once again a manual factory reset: Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
If you successfully reset your Sense 2, please follow @Guy_'s directions to set up your Fitbit device again.

Hi @truecrime13 - it may require setting up again.
Remove the Bluetooth entries for it from the phone, logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch .
When you log back in you may also have to add a new device and replace in the setup to get it to connect properly.
