@Kirsten_DK hard to say why it's the case. For me, in a 25m pool, Sense 2 usually adds a few lengths (and sometimes undercounts when I do certain drills). It doesn't double it though. Without proper laps breakdown where you could see which laps are "bogus" and when they happened it's anyone's guess what possibly could go wrong.

Hi @Kirsten_DK. It's good to see you back in the community.
Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience that you are experiencing with your Sense 2.
Please let me know if you have followed the steps listed here in order to track your swim duration and pool lengths completed with your Fitbit device.

Thanks for your input, observations.
It has only recorded the correct number of laps , distance 1 off all the times i have used it during the last year. Which just anoyes me. And it is always more than a few laps / length. Unfortunately.

As stated in the issue, i have as far as i can see set up the watch according to the guidence. That was the first thing i did, when it did not work.
So hope there are others with input, otherwise i may switch to another brand. Unfortunately.

@Kirsten_DK from all the devices capable of swim tracking Fitbits are the worst (not only due to inaccuracy but because they don't track almost anything about swimming). If swim tracking is important to you, you may be doing yourself a favour by looking at some other brand that understands how to properly track swimming. Fitbit is not one of those brands.
